8.0Posizione centralissima e tranquilla. Tutto bene, l'appartamento spazioso e molto luminoso vista l'ampia vetrata sulla Rambla de catalunya e tutti i locali, smart tv, ascensore, tutti i servizi necessari della cucina,
− Unica pecca rimediabile da parte della struttura, installare una tenda in camera da letto, senza quella entra la luce del condominio e ti vedi da fuori.

8.0Appartamento in ottima posizione in centro e comodo a tutti i servizi e luoghi di interesse. Ben arredato con una bellissima zona giorno e una grande vetrata che dava sulla Rambla di Catalunya. Condizionatore funzionante alla perfezione, rinfrescava velocemente tutto l’appartamento.
− Mancavano alcuni accessori per una pulizia (es. scopa e paletta), purtroppo non siamo riusciti a far andare il piano ad induzione (nonostante diversi tentativi). Una cosa da migliorare era la pulizia in generale, era comunque pulito ma in modo un po’ approssimativo.

− Cuscini da sostituire, troppa luce la notte, niente the, tisane o caffè in cucina
all is perfect apart from that we found 3 big cockroaches near the trash bin in the kitchen...
