8.0Kitchen water pressure is very low. The main bed mattress is very thin for my size(90kg). Guess it's a new facility. They are working hard to give guests a comfortable stay. I mistakenly took their cellphone charger 🤭. I did apologize 🤭. I will recommend this facility anytime 👌👍

Good place for layover in Butuan
6.0The house is nice and in good condition. Contactless self check-in. Communication with the owner is kind and pleasant. Comfy beds and both bedrooms with aircon.
− No running water and even if, cold only (to be fair, we were warned about that and still could have cancelled). WiFi connects but no internet connection. The bathroom really needs cleaning at least once in a while...
