Buena ubicación: cerca del mar, cerca de un parking grande, cerca de bares y supermercados, pero sin estar en el bullicio. Apartamento bastante grande. Camas cómodas y dos baños. Había de todo en la cocina y muchos utensilios tango de baño como de cocina que habían dejado otros huéspedes (se agradece).

− Hacía calor. Solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón. Al estar en un bajo se escucha el ruido de la gente que pasa por la calle o incluso los vecinos, así que para dormir teníamos que cerrar todo y hacía calor. Las almohadas no eran cómodas, o muy gruesa o demasiado fina. El sofá no es muy cómodo.

Location was excellent, everything within a few minutes walk. Complex is private and peaceful with a beautiful pool.

− Steps leading to front door need a railing for safety purposes as the steps are deep and high. Bedroom and bathroom doors hinges need oiling as they squeak a lot. Cupboard in kitchen with brooms and hoover takes up valuable space and would be better out on the terrace area. Blinds in bedrooms should be replaced as one had a number of tears in it

Really great apartment. Not one negative. We stayed for 4 nights. Lovely sun trap patio even in 50mph winds it was sheltered and still could sunbathe! All the amenties plus lots of extras. Perfect location right in the middle of all restaurants squares shops and beach. We will return next year as soon as we can book! 5plus stars ✨

− Appartement très mal conçu,fenêtres des chambres donnant directement sur la terrasse des voisins. Ballon d’eau chaude de 30 litres pour un logement accueillant 4 personnes ne permettant de prendre qu’une douche 1/2 !!! Accès au logement par 3 TRÈS hautes marches handicapant les personnes à mobilité réduite. Ménage très moyen à l’arrivée, touffes de cheveux et moutons sur la brosse de l’aspirateur. Logement non entretenu avec peintures et plâtres écaillés dans toutes les pièces . Cerise sur le gâteau (propriétaires non responsables) coupure d’eau durant toute la dernière matinée.😡😡😡

Property is in a great location, central to the main bars and restaurants in Costa Teguise. The complex is quiet although does depend on your neighbours. Very good instructions to locate, access and depart the accommodation. Free parking close by. The apartment is very well equipped and was very clean. Free Wi-Fi. Very good showers with plenty hot water. Good selection of kitchenware and crockery. Washing machine. Nespresso coffee machine. Just the right size for a couple I would say. Overall good value for money and somewhere we would book again.

− The walls would benefit from are a repaint in some areas. The TV needs updating with new SMART TV to enable use of the usual apps such as Netflix etc. TV channels dit not work but was not a major issue for us.

Location is fantastic

− Booked it as it was with my elderly aunt who watches tv and this stayed it had English tv. In fact it had no English tvnas they had renewed the iptv. Statedbtheybwojkd sort it then ignored us for thr next 7 days
