Breakfast was nice rooms were nice and tidy

− No electric blankets on the beds in winter ❄️🥶 No thongs in the kitchen A fire place wood be great just to set the hole beautiful place off.

This property is an absolute delight. So close to all the town amenities should require anything (supermarkets/petrol/takeaways etc) but enter down the driveway and you are transported to a peaceful rural retreat. Surrounded by established fruit trees and the friendliest animals that you can opt to engage with or not (we recommend engaging...they'll melt your heart!), it was an absolute delight to rest here for a couple of nights over the long weekend. We visited nearby weekend markets, went fruit picking at a local farm, took a hike out at Otaki forks and had a nice hot soak in the hot tub onsite each evening under the stars. The perfect reset. A wonderful variety of breakfast options were available. I really appreciated the fresh eggs and my daughter loved having bagels and hot chocolate.

− Nothing! The hosts are wonderful and the property has everything and more than you need for a relaxing stay. We can't wait to return.
