Gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Meerblick
9.0Hübsche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus in zentraler Lage mit teilweisem Meerblick. Der kleine Balkon hat Sonne von 10 Uhr morgens bis abends, was wir gerade an etwas kühleren Tagen sehr angenehm fanden (und ansonsten kann man ja die Pergola ausfahren). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Vi havde en helt fantastisk uge i denne skønne lejlighed. Lækker lys og med udsigt og luft.
9.0Udsigten over havet fra altanen er fantastisk. Lejligheden var perfekt for et par. Dejligt køkken/alrum med alle nødvendige hårdehvidevarer. Mulighed for at sidde indedørs og spise ved et lille bord. Vaskemaskinen på tagterrassen var perfekt, da tøjet tørrede hurtigt på snorene. Udsigten herfra mod Teide er fantastisk. Dejligt med garage, da der sjældent var p-pladser ledige.
− Der er tidspunker med meget trafiklarm fra vejen nedenunder, da denne er dobbeltrettet. Vi havde mikromyrer i køkkenet det første døgn, men udlejer, Maryline, bragte et pulver vi kunne strø ud på andendagen, herefter forsvandt de. Vandet var sjældent varmt i badet. Uforudsigeligt.

10.0Jeden z lepszych apartamentów w jakichkolwiek byłam. Widok z balkonu bajka, dokładnie taki jak w ofercie. Wygodne łóżka, super wyposażona kuchnia, blisko promenady, sklepów, restauracji, przemiła właścicielka. Parking wzdłuż ulicy, zawsze znalazło się miejsce do parkowania bliżej lub dalej.
− Jedynie doskwierać może brak klimatyzacji i śmieciarka jeżdżąca o 1 w nocy, ale dało się przeżyć przy otwartych oknach i zatyczkach w uszach. Mieszkanie jest na drugim piętrze bez windy, ale dla sprawnych osób to nie ma znaczenia.
