10.0− All good I'd like to apologize for my previous review I was mistaking this with a different lodge
My stay was not the same as the previous time even though there were other day guests but they had .
2.0Breakfast and staff plus the facility
− We didn't have privacy as expected, there was a function while there. Those people were always at our doorstep, making us uncomfortable, their kids were playing next to our windows, in front of our rooms even adults looking at us, taking pictures in front of our room 4, we were forced to close curtains. I think guest rooms should be separated from guests for privacy. Other day guesrs must respect others privacy. Your staff should make sure that everyone is treated fairly to make it value for money. I am extremely disappointed.
I enjoyed my stay and it was easy to find, shops are also nearer and our relatives also stay nearby.
10.0We did not have breakfast at the venue because we were not informed that we should order breakfast a night in advance not in the morning so that they can prepare nicely for us. We loved the pool, and the staff was so friendly, if I had enough money I would have given each staff member some cash to spoil themselves as a tip.
− Improve communication regarding other things we might not know off like breakfast and be prepared to give discount if we extend our stay, just a token of thank you.
