− Could do with place mats for the tables. Rear door lock requires replacing. Safe difficult to operate. Some Bedding sheets could do with replacing

Geräumiges Apartment. Ruhige Lage. Großer Balkon mit 2 Campingstühlen, kleinem Tisch und 3 einfachen Stühlen. Südostseite mit Pool und Meerblick. Sehr guter Pool in gepflegter Außenanlage. Einfacher Check-in per Schlüsselbox. Kostenloses Parken im privaten Innenhof, habe immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Waschmaschine vorhanden (habe ich nicht benutzt). Sehr gute begehbare Dusche. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der stets schnell per Online-Chat reagiert hat.

− Leider ist das Apartment nicht so wertvoll ("precioso") wie angegeben. Max 2 Sterne-Standard, fast alles ist von einfachster Qualität und schon älter. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Spartanische Küchenausstattung. Keine Kaffeemaschine, nur ein italienischer Espressokocher. Kein Abtropfgestell für das Geschirr. Kühlschrank und Herd waren sehr stark verschmutzt. Balkontür klemmt und lässt sich nicht verschließen, nur ein einfacher kleiner Haken sichert die Tür. Hellhörig, aber ich hatte überwiegend Glück mit ruhigen Nachbarn. Dem AI-Chatbot, der zwar freundlich Auskünfte erteilt, nicht alles glauben, da er leider etliche falsche Angaben gemacht hat.

Teníamos una cafetería frente al apartamento para poder desayunar. Bastante cómodo. La ubicación es buena, con servicios muy cerca como restaurantes, supermercado, etc. Wifi excelente, para poder trabajar algo antes de las excursiones.

− Cuando llegamos no había toallas limpias y secas. Tuvimos que esperar a que se secaran en un tendedero que, por cierto, estuvo los tres días en la terraza con la ropa colgada. Molestaba bastante. El cajón de los cubiertos estaba...bajo el horno!!! a ras del suelo! El volumen del televisor no podía graduarse.

Will return! Been to Lanzarote for the last 15 years and this is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in.

The location is excellent. Pool area is immaculate and well kept. Pool is large. Apartment well kept with everything you need. Didn’t use kitchen facilities other than the odd lunch but had everything we needed.
