9.0The area surrounding the house is nice and quiet, and also within reasonable distance to UBC and lots of scenery spots worth visiting. Compared to another B&B style property I've stayed at that's a few minutes away, this house itself is very well-maintained. The bathroom next to your bedroom is pretty much just for your own use. Thumbs up for the comfort of the bed and a great selection of TV channels.
− The AC could use some upgrade. The table and cabinet in the room are a little too small.

10.0The place is in a very green and quiet neighbourhood. Bus stop is very close by. The owners are very responsive over booking :)
− It takes ~30mins to go to downtown by bus, and one may need to wait for ~20mins for the bus to come.
