4.0The location and the view.
− The jacuzzi didn’t work, there was an odour of soiled cat litter throughout the house. There was a constant beeping coming from a locked closet that we asked to be fixed. No one came.
The house comfortably suited eight ladies. The sheets and bedding were clean as were the floors
8.0The propane fireplace was working this year which was lovely.
− The dishes were a tad scant and dated. Having been to this property before we compensated by bringing our own paper plates. We weren’t able to access the key in the lock box but were able to get into the house using the keypad. The owner confirmed this was correct.

Excellent choice for eight ladies needing accommodation close to downtown Bobcaygeon.
8.0Loved the size of the house and bathrooms. Easily fit eight people. Perfect location close to downtown Bobcaygeon. Driveway plowed of snow and easily accessible. Beautiful view from kitchen and bedrooms over Pigeon Lake. Shampoo and conditioner available in both walk-in showers with rainforest shower heads. Amazingly large main bathroom and huge ensuite. Small main floor powder room in nice out of the way location. Lovely harvest table seats up to ten people. Comfortable beds and pillows with side tables.
− Cable tv to watch live sports would have been nice. Streaming of Netflix was good though. Extra blankets would have been nice. Spider/cobwebs on ceiling and in some corners. Dishes/cutlery/glasses need to be updated and chipped ones replaced. Dishwasher and oven need good cleaning. Cupboard doors in kitchen and bathrooms could use cleaning. (A better cleaning service would solve all these problems).
