− There was no soup/shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom, No tea or coffee in the room. It was very difficult to operate the tv.

− TV in the room was not working but we were moved to a better room where everything was working

− toilet was not working. other rooms have their toilets outside the rooms. We were told the TV was not working due to cables. The window for the bathroom is not closing. The main entrance door is not closing. Please improve your standard. Your property is having a potential only if you can give yourself time for it
