− Neighbours playing loud obscene music till all hours. I am a travel and tourism lecturer and travel writer- I got nothing done because of the noise and I left after a few hours. The house is not remote but on a housing estate, parking was scarce. The garden is not wild and lovely - it smacks of laziness and there are weeds everywhere and trip hazards galore of which I came a cropper. The fridge was dirty and it all seemed cleaned in a hurry. WiFi patchy and 4g in that area is useless. Then the company had the audacity to allege there was dog hair and dog sick left my dog. This is a lie. The dog does not leave my side mostly as he is a service dog. My dog doesn’t shed but if he did a resonable amount one is protected under the Equalities Act as the service animal cannot be judged wholly by human standards. There was no dog sick , I cleaned and left it better than when I arrived. No evidence was produced and how does one ascertain its dog sick ? All a convenient way to claw back the money they couldn’t charge me for having a dog if he were not a service dog. There wanted 95 pounds cleaning fee! Outrageous and a blatant smash and grab believing a pensioner will just pay. And how much do they charge for a dog to stay? You’ve guessed it 95 pounds! No email or apology and I am very aggrieved at the way a disabled person has been harrsssd and victimised . Avoid this place at all costs unless you like Partytime Bass Music, an overgrown awful mess of a garden and being chased for money based on a complete lie. Disgusting behaviour . Shame on you
