The apartment was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

− The double bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. However, the two single beds in the second bedroom were quite uncomfortable, as you could clearly feel the springs through the mattresses.

Very clean, very fast response from owner and eagerness to help

− Place is not organized : missing instructions on facilities, even where and how to get to the spa which had the only available pool at the time. Even keys to building front door were missing and we couldn’t enter the building. Apartment is missing a lot of thing, For example, no cleaning tubes for dishwasher, no iron as promised only the board. Kitchen was not equipped for cooking , no minimal spices like oil,pepper. Only one size pot, too very big, and one pan. No towels (until requested) etc. I expected to provide the apartment with at least one coffee capsule as a welcoming . Sofas are extremely uncomfortable. I must say that the owner was very responsive and each time we asked for something he immediately responded and solved the issue to full satisfaction but you just can’t spend time on asking for something again and again

Few glitches with the apartment. Some were sorted but key issue remained.

Spacious apartment. Nice lounge and kitchen.

− Exterior door was locked and we couldn’t access the apartment. The bathroom light was broken. A mirror was hanging off the wall in the other bathroom. The “heated” swimming pool was freezing cold.

Avoid this property at all costs. Sleeping in your car would be a better choice.

Nothing

− Everything. Dirty. Body hair on floor and bed. Cut nails on floor of kitchen and under sink. Family sleeps on one mattress fully clothed as 1am and checked out as soon as awake at 7am. Attempted to get a refund and fully refused. Booking.com claimed nothing to do with them and down to property agent. Disgraceful from both and lost 1K plus cost of somewhere new that was habitable.
