Overall it was a disappointment and did not live up to the price being charged.
6.0The location was excellent with a lovely view out over the tea plantations. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the hills and the bed was comfortable. Mr Abraham who I assume was the owner was very friendly and helpful with excellent communication with us.
− The hotel looked wonderful on the website, but in reality it seemed in need of a refresh. It looked a bit tired and was not as clean as I expected with dirty curtains and a slightly shabby feel to it. The pool did not look as inviting as it appeared in the photos. Compared with other hotels I stayed in on the same trip it was significantly overpriced. Had it been a lot cheaper I would have forgiven it some of the criticisms I have highlighted.

10.0I don't usually write reviews, but felt it was only right to feedback on the wonderful experience we had here. Everything was perfect - stunning situation, beautiful room that was clean and well equipped. Jobby and his team could not have been more attentive and warm - its was a joy from start to finish. Special mention to the Jobby for the day trip recommendation, the delicious food and waking up early on check out to help us on our way. Thank you!
