Overall, we had a good stay, mainly because of the excellent location and the apartment’s facilities, but there were a f
4.0Check-in was straightforward, although it took place around the corner rather than at the address listed on Booking.com. The apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the metro, making it easy to get around Santiago. The apartment was generally well equipped, with plenty of wardrobe space, a good balcony, and it was very helpful that we were able to store our luggage after checkout while we explored the city before our late-night flight.
− The bathroom had a noticeable sewer smell throughout our stay. The shower also sprayed water onto the bathroom floor. This wouldn’t have been a major issue if a bath mat had been provided, but without one the floor became wet and slippery after every shower. We ended up using the towels to soak up the water, leaving us without dry towels. Although additional towels were eventually provided after a couple of days, they were initially reluctant to supply them. The heater also did not work, some of the dishes (particularly the glasses) were not properly cleaned, and the TV remote was quite unresponsive.
