10.0Die Giraffen und Zebras waren vor dem Zelten. Nachts wurde ich vom Büffel geweckt. Eine tolle Erfahrung für Erwachsene und Kinder.
− Es gibt viel “Add on” Steuern von denen man vorher nichts erfährt.
Tolles Camp beim Serengeti Nationalpark
9.0Ein toller Pool, leckeres Frühstück, bequeme Betten, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, coole Lage in der Wildnis mit Giraffen, Zebras und Büffeln direkt vor der Tür.
− Sehr langsames WiFi. In der Beschreibung steht zwar "inklusive aller Gebühren", aber pro Person und Nacht müssen zusätzlich 32 € bezahlt werden, weil das Camp in der Nähe vom Nationalpark ist.

10.0L'endroit est au milieu de la nature et des animaux, les buffles et girafes sont en face de la tente. Les tentes sont de qualité, grandes et le service est irréprochable. Mon meilleur hébergement en Afrique de l'est ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous sommes arrivés en dehors de horaires et c'est Hamisi qui nous a reçu et a tout fait pour nous aider et nous loger le mieux possible. Nous lui sommes très reconnaissant car il nous a aussi aidé pour d'autres choses comme un safari de dernière minute et de qualité. Il est aussi très flexible et s'adapte selon les besoins. C'est hamisi qui a ajouté un supplément d'âme à cet endroit et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissant. Merci encore Hamisi !! Tu es devenu en peu de temps notre ami. Toutes nos pensées. Pierre et Maïa

9.0- safe tents built on a concrete base and semi- walls - beatiful environment /no fence/ - amazing pool with great view - no wifi in tents, only in the restaurant - delicious dinners - keep in mind it is outside of serengeti /4km from Ikoma gate/ even thought they confirmed they are inside of the park - another 30 usd per night per person needed
− - terminal for online payment not working. It is lucky we had sufficient cash otherwise I do not what we would do. It would have been nice if it had worked when you stated that it is possible to pay by card.
Great place with great people
9.0The staff is really great. Each and everyone are kind and their smile is so sweet. Very welcoming staff.
− There was an additional tax which was not mentioned while I was booking. The staff tried to explain and resolve it but still it was bit unclear and dissatisfying.

− It was extremely expensive for an out-dated camping site and tent. Wasn't worth the value.

There are many government agencies tasked with managing the ecosystem in the wildlife areas of Tanzania. Please note that any fees, charges, or concessions levied by these institutions must be paid at the lodge reception or the entrance gate, along with any applicable Tourism Development Levies, Village Fees, and Gate Fees.
Your reservation does not include an overnight tax of US$29.50 per adult per night and US$23.80 per child (5 – 17 years) per night, mandated by the Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA). Additionally, a Tourism Development Levy and a Village Fee of $2.50 per person per night are required. It is recommended that you contact the lodge at least 72 hours before your stay to arrange payment of these additional charges.

Cancelations made within 60 days of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fees. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released. When booking 6 rooms or more, prepayment is required immediately, and any cancellation will incur 100% penalties. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released.
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests, the lodge enforces a quiet policy from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
