10.0I originally booked two nights but enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it by another night. This is a small, authentic heritage hotel with only eight rooms, giving it a peaceful and personal atmosphere. The traditional Kerala architecture, beautiful wooden furnishings and attention to detail make it feel like staying in a historic family home rather than a hotel. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, a lovely swimming pool and traditional features throughout the property that really add to the experience. Every member of staff was genuinely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rather than mention individuals, I'd simply say the whole team made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The food was freshly cooked to order, breakfast offered plenty of variety each morning, and nothing was too much trouble. They even offered to collect alcoholic drinks from the local shop if required. I also experienced an excellent traditional Ayurvedic massage during my stay, which added to the authentic Kerala experience. If you're looking for a modern chain hotel, this isn't it. But if you want a peaceful, traditional Kerala retreat full of character and warm hospitality, I couldn't recommend it more highly. I would definitely stay here again and hope to return on a future visit to Kerala.

10.0Honestly this is one of the friendliest and nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff were exceptional and always happy to help in anything I ask. Any issues that I had were dealt with swiftly and they are great at recommending places to eat and helped when booking a massage. The rooms and spotless and it really has a great atmosphere. Breakfast was extensive and lovely.

10.0The staff are wonderful, polite and friendly.The rooms are clean, attention to detail is fantastic , everything is finished to a high standard. Food was delicious, there is no buffet here, everything is cooked to order and fresh, we stayed 7 nights total and loved it!
