Apartament de decoració molt moderna a prop del centre de Derry amb cotxe de lloguer. L'apartament està bé i és fàcil aparcar al voltant, just al costat de l'edifici. Hi havia molts utensilis i productes dels anteriors visitants.

− Es nota que és un apartament que ha passat moltes batalles. Caldria renovar alguna cosa i millorar-ne la neteja. L'entrada fa una mica de por i tot.

Greg is a sound host through and through, my accommodation was clean and comfortable, really like the vibe of the apartment the skate boards on the walls was a really cool touch, the place feel so nostalgic and overall for me got all the bells and whistles and it delivers well, I felt like I can just kick back and relax right away.

Die Lage der Wohnung, sehr nah zum Centrum

− Die Wohnanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, im Eingangsbereich hatte jemand Ketchup auf dem Boden verteilt, ekelhaft, den da mussten wir mit unseren Gepäck durch, die Wohnung ist ganz speziell, bei unserer Ankunft 15.30h mit vier Personen war Sie nicht gereinigt und es war keine frische Bettwäsche auf den Betten, insgesamt müsste die Wohnung Grund gereinigt werden, sehr viele Reparaturen durchzuführen, schwarze Silikonfugen im Bad erneuert werden, Küchenausstattung?, keine Kaffeemaschine, für kleine Gerichte z.Bsp. Salat fehlt so einiges, alles was man anfasst irgendwie speckig! Die Fenster sind reingungsbedürftig, besonders von außen! So ich mach mal Schluss, vielleicht denkt man in Irland über Sauberkeit ganz anders als bei uns!? Machen Sie selbst Ihre Erfahrung mit diesem Objekt, die sauberen Gläser und Bestecke waren von uns! 'Stunning apartment'? More like 'Shocking'

The location was walking distance to Derry.

− If you book accommodation with the hope of experiencing what it's like to live in a council flat in Derry, this is the place for you! First impressions were poor, and it was downhill from there.. Grubby dated property, anxiety rising area and musty/old smells were just the start. If you're booking for the arcade machine, don't. The display doesn't work. Dirty kitchen area, dated carpets and sofa that looks like a thousand different people have sat on it. Window seals hanging off, and storage heaters for that authentic feel. If you're hoping for a shower in the morning, forget it- unless you plan on boiling pasta or vegetables at the same time. Literally not far from boiling due to the hot/cold mixer not working (look at previous reviews, this has been mentioned and still not fixed). We didn't notice this until an hour before we left so had no time to make the owner aware, but I assure you it was not usable in any way other than with a follow up trip to A&E. Generally grubby, it felt like we had obtained the key to someone's flat whilst they went away for the night.. Parking was good though (as in the car wasn't stolen or damaged overnight). £100+ per night? Please do not make the same mistake as me, it was the worst accommodation we had stayed at in over 14 nights visiting Ireland & NI by a country mile.
