− Had to pay 500php for key card that you don't get back and 3000php for deposit that I got back but be prepared Advertise with Netflix but only television supports Netflix my foreign Netflix don't work in the philippines

8.0The room is very nice. Ang bongga. As in. The owner is very accomodating.
− They have no parking. You have to park across the bldg. 500 for overnight stay. You also have yo pay 500 for the access card. And only the person in the access card is allowed to use it. If you have companion you need to go down as well if he/ she will go out of the bldg.
