1.0ما اقمت فيه ، حجزت قبل تاريخ موعد حضوري ب3 اسابيع وضمنو حجزي واكدوه ولما جيت للكويت حولوني ع فندق خايس والسبب ان فندقهم فل
− فندق ماله امان يضمن حجز النزيل ويعطيه الامان وبيوم حجزه يحولونه ع فندق ثاني عشان مايخسرون الزبون اللي عندهم و يوهقون الزبون اللي حاجز
