5.0− Air-conditioning units were inadequate for the area and more noisy, making the environment uncomfortable for sleeping. The appartment was not particularly clean

Spacious apartment in a great location.
8.0The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. It had all the necessary amenities and kitchen utensils, making the stay very comfortable. The host was also extremely helpful and assisted me in arranging airport transportation, which I really appreciated.
− There was nothing that significantly impacted my stay, but I would mention two small points. First, the building itself is quite old and the hallways are dark, which may feel a little intimidating when you first arrive. However, I did not experience any safety issues at all, and this does not reflect the apartment itself, which is much nicer than the common areas of the building. Second, while the bed linens were clean, fresh, and smelled great, the apartment could have been a little cleaner overall. Because it seems to stay closed for long periods, I noticed a small amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling. It was not a major issue, but it may be worth paying extra attention to ventilation in the future.
