A wonderful get away with a stunning view and ultimate comfort
10.0A charming apartment with cosy and clean facilities and a stunning view on the sea and the local vineyards. Easy communication with the manager of the property and constant availability to help at every step. Had a wonderful time!

We loved the area and wished we had allocated more time in Cinque Terre during our 4 weeks in Italy!
9.0The view was wonderful and the town is very quaint. We enjoyed our challenging hike to and from Cornelia to Vernazza.
− I wish we were told there was a bus available from train station to town before we walked the steps w/luggage. Also, there were two lock boxes near each other so it was confusing as to where to locate the keys. When we called for guidance the staff person spoke almost no English and he scolded us then hung up on us. He then contacted us via whatsapp where he scolded us again for not following instructions (which were obviously confusing). Not a great way to start our stay after a long travel day.
Not a great start but in the end all was great because Corniglia is wonderful !
7.0The flat was lovely and the view amazing
− There was a problem at the start because we were sent the instructions for another flat that was not the one we had booked. We managed to solve it after 45 minutes but the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic. The bed was made for 2 but not for the children on the sofa (which is the rule in Italy) but we struggled to find sheets and appropriate bedding. And to find out how the sofa functioned.

− Aucun échange physique avec l'hôte pour solutionner les problèmes. Pas de wi-fi durant toute la durée du séjour et donc pas de télé ni de possibilité d'utiliser mon PC. Sur les 3 clés du trousseau, une seule fonctionnait , les 2 autres n'ouvraient rien. Nous étions obligés de rentrer et sortir par le garage car pas de clé pour la porte de l'immeuble. Mes nombreux messages de plaintes sont restés sans solution. De plus, plusieurs ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas. Un sérieux check-up des équipements serait nécessaire.
