4.0− لم استلم نفس الوحدة التي تم حجزها و تم اعطائي وحدك بديله في موقع اخر بعيد عن الموقع المحجوز و مكيف احدا الغرف لا يعمل و عند تمديد الحجز تم إضافة مبلغ 45 ريال علي كل يوم اضافي وقد قدمت طلب دخول مبكر الساعه 12 الى 1 وتم الموافقة علي من قبل المضيف و عند تواصلي به الساعة 12 اتضح انه لايعلم عن الموافقة و قد طلب مني الانتظار في الخارج الي ان يتم تنظيف الشقة و عن تمام الساعه 1:15 تواصل معي و حولني الب سقة اخر
