La vista hacia la iglesia desde la azotea, las habitaciones muy bien y cómodas

− La limpieza en las habitaciones están muy bien y el recibimiento dentro con los detalles como cosas de desayuno y café pero al patio y la terraza hay que darle más cariñito es un lugar acogedor dentro del casco antiguo de ingenio le falta más alegría, limpiar más el polvo para que se sienta más acogedor.

It’s in a very calm area, easy to find and very close to the airport which is ideal. The room was very clean and had everything you could need to be comfortable, we only had a one night stay so didn’t get to enjoy all of the facilities, but we will definetly have a repeat stay ! We travelled as there was a heat wave so we were very happy to enjoy the air-con to cool the room.

FALTA DE EMPATÍA Y HUMANIDAD.

La limpieza, la habitación estaba bien para el precio y los detalles que tenía de snacks.

− La atención por parte de hijo de uno de los dueños, llamé como unas 6 veces al teléfono de contacto por una emergencia y no me respondieron, puse tres mensajes de voz y envié un correo y nada. Estaba recién operada, había sufrido un síncope por estar más de 24h sin dormir y pedí por favor en los mensajes que me dejaran entrar antes debido a lo ocurrido. Estuve desde las 12:30h tirada en la puerta de la habitación hasta que llegó para limpiarla. Le conté lo sucedido y me habló de malas formas, nada empático y me hizo esperar con todo tirado en la puerta hasta las 14:00h que terminó de limpiarla. Rompí a llorar de la desesperación y el malestar que tenía, le faltó un poco de humanidad. Me dejó entrar posteriormente, pero me pidió que me esperara a que se secara el suelo. Yo no acepté y entré. Lo peor de todo es que estaba todo libre sin nadie y vacía todas las habitaciones, habiéndome podido dejar entrar en cualquier otra que estaba lista y no iba a ocuparse. El colchón es de viscoelástica, por lo que se amoldaba a tu cuerpo hasta el punto de tener la sensación de que te absorbía. Para personas con problemas de espalda no es nada recomendable. No volvería a repetir.
