− everything, the host was annoying, had to cancel same day since he "didn't know i am coming", ended up booking with a competitor at two times the price, which booking conveniently denied to pay me back because "the dates didn't match" (I had to sleep on my friend's couch for 1 night since there was nothing under 1000 euro that night" overall even if the property is amazing, stay away from this stefan guy, he sucks Edit: I have photos of my correspondence with him, he said sorry 10 times because, and i quote: "He didn't recieve anything from booking about me coming from booking" He is trying to save his skin by replying that he tried to message me, so booking don't ban him from their website Edit 2: as you can see, this guy is really trying to make you think i am responsible, I even asked about the parking 3 months before we got there, I never cancelled my reservation or anything, and we managed to contact just fine. he even told me on the phone that he "didn't know we are coming", but of course he only said that on the phone because otherwise he would be kicked off of the booking website. when booking tried contacting him he didn't answer them, then he ticked "overbooking" as the reason for rejecting my booking on the same day I was supposed to go there. if I could give him a 0 I would, steer clear of this place

8.0The host was welcoming and very helpful. Apartment was very spacious. Location was relatively convenient and it had it's own parking spot, what was very important! Building was secure. Thanks!
− Didn't have any coffee or tea bags, w/sugar for travelers convinience. The kitchen was equiped, but it was missing these little things what makes tired traveler happy: a cup of coffee or tea. It could be a little cleaner (dust, kitchen utensiles and cabinets). Bathroom was OK, as well as master bedroom.
