1.0Llegue y que no tenían la reservacion y que era problema de ustedes les escribí y no resuci respuesta tanti de ustedes como del hotel estaba lleno mcallen y reserve en in hotel y pague el doble cuando si yo llego a cancelar me penalizan
− Que tenia todo planeado y fue desagradable llegar y después de manejar tanto no tuviese donde dormir
