4.0Cercanía a la playa y limpieza
− Ofrecían garaje pero estaba de obras y no se podía usar. Ruidos y temblores debido a las obras. Los avisos te los coge una IA y contesta sin soluciones. Hemos tenido que buscar aparcamiento todos los días. Nos contestó la IA que dependia de dueño igual nos hacía un descuento porque no se podía hacer nada más, pero hasta ahora (semana y media) no ha dado señales de su respuesta. A parte de esto, apartamento muy de Ikea por lo que le recomiendo que lo revisen de vez en cuando porque el lavabo atascado, mesa de comedor crujía que parecia que se iba a romper, extractor de humos sin potencia y alguna cosilla más.

− Para mejorar…. El tamaño de las sábanas de las camas grandes era pequeño y al final acabas durmiendo sobre el protector de colchón Muy incómodo. Pondría más cosas de menaje como por ejemplo fuentes para poner la comida
Excellent Location, Clean Apartment, but Noisy at Night
7.0The location is excellent — just 5 minutes from the beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and functional, with good rooms and the convenience of having two bathrooms. The balcony, although small, is very practical for drying surf wetsuits and gear.
− On the downside, the windows are not soundproof, so it felt as if they were open. Being on the main street, we could not sleep until around 1–2 a.m., only after the bars and restaurants had closed and the street became quiet. It would also be helpful to add more basic facilities such as a kettle and a simple coffee maker. There is an espresso machine, but the capsules provided didn’t fit, and we couldn’t find compatible ones in the supermarket.
