4.0. Nous avons réservé le plus grand logement : une villa avec piscine de 180 m2. .Les chambres et les lits sont grands et très spacieux. . Attention, une chambre se situe à l'étage avec un escalier en colimaçon, difficile d'accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. . Prêt de vélos
− . Beaucoup trop de travaux en cours au sein de l'hôtel . Accueil décevant, départ très décevant : 4 personnes au guichet = aucune aide pour porter les valises, ils préfèrent nous regarder charger nos valises . Petit déjeuner moyen 6/10 . La discrétion n'est pas la priorité de l'hôtel, le personnel rentre et sort à multi reprises pour aller au local technique de la piscine ou ??? alors que nous nous baignons... sans aucun "bonjour " ou "Xin Chào" . Il serait opportun et très prudent d'empêcher l'accès aux raccordements d'électricité de la piscine pour les enfants et les enfants . Aucune bouilloire (inutile de fournir thé et café), difficultés de communiquer avec le personnel de l'hôtel, une question posée sur Bookin : sans réponse depuis 48 heures...

10.0Etwas abseits gelegen, ist aber kein Problem, da man gratis Fahrräder ausleihen kann. DIie Hotspots sind mit dem Velo problemlos erreichbar . Die Zimmer sind gross und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Der Baulärm von nebenan stört ein wenig. Restaurants sind aber auch zu Fuss erreichbar.Können das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

10.0Staying in a villa built right into the limestone mountains was such a unique experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Ninh Bình. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, blending nature with modern comfort. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. We especially loved waking up to the mountain scenery and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. The location was ideal, close to many of Ninh Bình's top attractions while still feeling like a hidden retreat. If you're looking for a memorable stay surrounded by incredible natural beauty, I highly recommend Chat Mountain Resort. We would absolutely stay here again!
