− Because of the room we chose, it was difficult to carry the luggage’s up the stairs as there is no elevator.

10.0La pulizia dell'appartamento, tutto nuovo e a portata di mano, dalle cialde del caffè, stuzzichini e qualcosa per la colazione. Camere spaziose con tutto il necessario, come anche il bagno, pulito e c'era tutto il necessario.

Exceeded our expectations!
10.0This was the perfect place for our stay in Lanciano with exceptional hosts. We came to Lanciano to attend our daugher's highschool graduation and chose to stay outside of the city centre this time. Villa Rafaella is a quick direct drive into the city centre with no issues. The apartment, which on the second floor of the home, was imacculate, spacious and graciously stocked with many staple items. Our hosts were responsive to our questions and requests when we needed something. The view from the bedroom balcony is breathtaking and the ideal spot to relax in the evening with a drink. I'd like to mention that the air conditioning units are beyond exceptional (it was very hot during our stay). If you plan on a visit, please respect the hosts wishes to turn off the units when you are away, as electricity is very expensive in Italy, and the units really do only take a couple of minutes to cool down the place! Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking items. We truly felt at home. Thank you so much Caterina and Pierpaola for a fantastic visit!
