− Nos dieron una buardilla y era muy incómoda, la habitación pequeña, y teníamos q andar agachados para no darnos en la cabeza, aun así, nos dimos.

Prepotencia del personal, pobre insonorización, miniplaza de aparcamiento
1.0La amplitud de la habitación, la céntrica ubicación
− Pobre insonorización, se escuchaba todo en la calle, plaza de aparcamiento, personal de recepción. Reservamos una plaza de aparcamiento y recibimos la confirmación correspondiente. Sin embargo, unos días después recibimos un correo indicándonos que debíamos volver a reservarla y, al llamar al hotel, primero nos dijeron que no teníamos ninguna plaza disponible para, posteriormente, reconocer que sí estaba correctamente reservada. A nuestra llegada seguimos la señalización del hotel hacia el aparcamiento, pero en recepción nos informaron de que ese parking ya no correspondía al establecimiento, pese a que la señalización seguía indicando ese acceso. Además, el correo de confirmación únicamente recomendaba pasar previamente por recepción, sin indicar que fuera un requisito. La plaza asignada no era utilizable para nuestro vehículo, ya que tenía una pared lateral, un pilar que impedía la maniobra de entrada y objetos almacenados en la parte trasera que reducían todavía más el espacio. Si existen plazas con limitaciones por el tamaño del vehículo, esta circunstancia debería comunicarse antes de aceptar la reserva. Lo más decepcionante fue la atención recibida en recepción. Durante toda la conversación fuimos interrumpidos reiteradamente, no se reconoció ninguna de las incidencias planteadas y, en lugar de buscar una solución, se nos atribuyó la responsabilidad de lo ocurrido. Es una pena, porque una situación que podría haberse resuelto con una explicación y una actitud orientada al cliente terminó convirtiéndose en una experiencia muy negativa. Hicimos la correspondiente reclamación y no nos han contestado.

5.0Location was great. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. Good value for breakfast.
− The parking is not on site and places are limited. We had to park 10 minutes away, which was an issue with a baby stroller and luggage. Mattress on the king size bed was way too soft. The shower is transparent and open to the bedroom, could be an issue if you wish privacy.
Reception hours are from 8:00am-4:00pm.
From 4:00pm onwards is it self check-in with an entry machine.
A deposit may be required at the property.
Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 16 per day.
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
