Die Lage in geringer Distanz zur Altstadt von Tartu und am Eingang zum historischen Stadtviertel Karlova mit seinen Holzhäusern ist ausgezeichnet. Dazu kommt noch ein kostenfreier, mit einer Schranke versperrter Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude. Die Einrichtung des Appartements, das aus einem Eingangsbereich, einer gut bestückten Küchenecke, einem Wohnraum, einem Schlafraum und einem Bad besteht, ist modern, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

− Wohl gefühlt, wenn wir erst einmal oben waren!! Denn das Appartement liegt im 4. Stock eines Gebäudes ohne Aufzug. Das ging aus dem Angebot nicht deutlich hervor, für die Gäste kann es aber ein ernsthaftes Problem sein, das Gepäck hinaufzuschleppen.
