1.0There was nothing to like about this propeety. It was filthy as it could be.
− The property was not qualified for being a hotel. The cleanliness was zero. The rooms had cockroaches running around on floor n bed. There were lizards on the walls. The mtress were broken n sinking. Bathroom hardly any tap was working. No shower. No hot water. Open live wires popping from the sockets. It was a nightmare. Should have read the reviews before booking.

Expected better but what is done is done.
3.0− The staff could have been a little more warm in explaining the power cut situation. That being said, I dont see why the guest has to suffer. Expected better from the establishment. A provision can be made to smoothly handle such crisis. Moreover, the room was infested with cockroaches. Disappointing.
