− Brak klimatyzacji w częściach ogólnodostępnych. Podjazd pod dom utrudniony. Coś nie tak z żarówkami bo cały czas migały i było to irytujące.

Peaceful and worth visiting!

We had a great stay to celebrate our wedding! We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights this weekend (September 2025). The road leading to the villa is a bit rough and can be a little scary, but we were able to drive our van all the way up to the front porch. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes near the main door, so don’t forget to bring insect repellent. The view is absolutely stunning! The villa has three bedrooms, and we also requested an extra bed, which was provided free of charge during booking. The place is well-equipped with Wi-Fi, utensils, kitchenware, an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, grill, and a washing machine (though we didn’t use it, so we’re not sure if it works). There’s also a grocery store just 9 minutes away from the villa, which was very convenient. We didn’t get to swim or test the depth of the pool because the water was extremely cold—like fridge temperature—but we were able to relax on the benches by the pool. They also provided a float. The pool is near the stables, and while we could visit the horses, we didn’t notice any bad smell. It was quite like we had the whole place to ourselves, which made the experience even more peaceful and private. We had a lot of fun, and the owner was very kind. Although the standard checkout time is 10:00 AM, we asked if we could stay a bit longer. Since there were no bookings after us, she kindly allowed us to stay until 1:30 PM for free!

− Some of us went home with itchy bites, and we suspect there might have been bed bugs. It would be good to check and maybe treat the mattresses just to be safe.

Amazing vacation house in the mountains

This place was so beautiful!! The house was I think newly remodeled so all the facilities were super new and clean. AC in the bedrooms. The kitchen and everything else was so well equipped that you could actually cook there for a big group of people. In general, so much attention for detail and useful things that were provided. Would definitely stay again

− There's not really anything that comes to mind. Maybe if you don't have a car the location is not that convenient, just keep that in mind

The villa was amazing, views, space, good swimming pool, acces to horses. Airco was very good (kept us cool). Ensuite bathrooms were perfect, spacious living room, everything really in countryside style. The nearby station, 5 minutes max by car, supplied an easy and cheap 1hr trainride into downtown rome without the need to drive there. I have thought multiple times "With some better pictures on the booking sites they could have easily asked double the money, with this value it is amazingly inexpensive and high value".

− The villa could push even more value with an AC unit in the central area, instead of only in the Bedrooms. Also for cars with a very low suspension the lane may be a bit rough
