Great Wangaratta stay!
10.0I booked an overnight stay for my husband and two mates, who needed a stopover travelling between Wagga Wagga and Melbourne. Customer service from the day I booked was impeccable! When I called Kirk, one of the park managers to advise parking space was needed for two cars and a trailer, he provided a clear description of the Holiday Park. Timely notification for entering the park and collecting keys out of their 9am to 5pm office hours was given several hours before the trio arrived... and Kirk messaged me days in advance to confirm the mobile number to send the sms notification. Proof of receipt for payment was provided without needing to ask. The trio reported the cabin was spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities: kitchen with food bench space, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, great water pressure in the shower, and ample linen for bathroom and bedding. The urged me to re-book at the Park for the next time they pass through Wangaratta!
− As the trio arrived and departed outside of the 9am to 5pm office hours, they could not meet Kirk the park manager to tell him personally how impressed they were with everything! There was nothing to dislike!

10.0The cabin was very inviting. Heater on, music playing, very roomy and spotless. As it was only 4 years old, everything was in very good condition. Handy location to town. Beautiful surrounds with gorgeous gum trees and view of the Ovens River.

10.0Kirk and Deb have done a great job. The site is great. It was clean and tidy , well presented. All the amenities are well set out and in great order. We stayed in one of the new cabins and it was modern fresh and clean. We couldn't ask for anything more. We are already planning on returning for a longer stay. It feels secluded ,but the town is only 300m away and you wouldn't know it.

− Thereis still a new smell, the chemical smells of new stuff. Cabinets, paint, ect.. very common, in new buildings, may last for years, opened all windows on arrival .

10.0Great location as it was walking distance to town. Great accommodation that was clean and warm. Would happily come back. Park facilities were fun for the kids.
− No complaints, I was happy with everything.
