− L'appartement n'était pas celui que j'avais réservé. L'ameublement était beaucoup plus basique et la cuisine complètement sous équipée. L'hôtesse nous a imposé ce changement sans nous prévenir, ni nous demander notre accord. Elle a également refusé de nous consentir une réduction pour cette prestation dégradée.

10.0This is the second time we have stayed at this property on both times it has been immaculately clean, and has all the facilities needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We will stay here a lot more in the future too.
