6.0Situation et vue exceptionnelle.
− Apartement vetust, absence de climatisation (30 degrés à l'intérieur l'après-midi ), cuisine très mal équipée, une seule chambre confortable sur les trois.
Good location but very dirty and hot during the summers
2.0Location is the only positive.
− Quite dirty with stained bedding, cobwebs on the lights, dirt in the bathroom. Very hot during the summer with AC. Only 1 of the 3 portable fans in the room were working. The bathroom was ok but needs a rehaul. No toiletries, towel with only 1 toilet paper for a 3 bedroom apartment. Overall, needs a rehaul.
A place to lay your head, just don't expect to much from the apartment.
4.0Location is amazing. If your just looking for somewhere to lay your head in an amazing location and are happy to eat out this would be a great option. The views are outstanding, the living room is a lovely space, beds are passable. Balcony is a lovely place to sit and relax.
− The interior is dated with some facilities not working. Broken fans, bath tub drains very very slowly meaning showers had to be spaced out for each family member with at least 15 minutes needed between each shower to allow for water to drain. Kitchen is in a poor state with my wife not wanting to prepare a meal in that environment.

− Старые диваны с пятнами, устаревшая кухня. Ванна плохо работала- но оперативно починили. Требует замены части интерьера.

6.0This place does have its strong points. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, beautiful at any time of day. The balcony is spacious and very pleasant, and it became the best spot to relax. With some interior updates, this could be a great place to stay
− The accommodation is clearly outdated. The beds, wardrobes, and all the furniture are very old and need to be replaced. The bathroom was particularly disappointing — the drain was clogged, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the place really needs renovation. It did not meet my expectations
