10.0Abbiamo apprezzato posizione centrale, la palazzina tranquilla, la fondamentale presenza di un garage, l'appartamento ben tenuto, il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, il terrazzino e la televisione.
− Non ho critiche da fare, ma devo fare presente a chi ha auto grandi, e soprattutto lunghe, che l'accesso al garage può essere difficoltoso, col rischio di grattare le fiancate

10.0Apartamento muy bien situado y con garaje en el centro de Nervi. Nos dejó meter el coche antes de entrar al apartamento, todo Un detalle. Muy cómodo . Lo recomiendo.
