La veranda è fantastica e fa sembrare casa molto più grande dei 50mq dichiarati arredamento moderno, bagno spazioso con finestra, cucina ampia e completa.... camera da letto una chicca con spalliera del letto morbida ed un materasso fantastico...divano comodo, zanzariere, finestre scorrevoli ampie Lavatrice che funziona egregiamente Un ambiente romantico Al piano terra e quindi comodo I proprietari fantastici Rispondono a qualsiasi email dopo un secondo e sono sempre disponibili

− La posizione è un po' troppo in fondo a Nileos ma si fa ..non è un problema ...una piccola salita e poi la bellissima hiraklidon... la camera da letto da' su una via trafficatissima ma con le finestre chiuse non si sente nulla... dovrebbero dare qualche asciugamano in più

Ubicación y descanso maravillosos

La ubicación de la vivienda hizo que pudiéramos visitar a pie todo el centro de Atenas con mucha comodidad. Además la cama era muy cómoda, se descansaba de maravilla. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para poder comer y cocinar, y el patio es una monada que da mucha amplitud a la estancia. Nos encantó la casa.

− Esto no depende del propietario, pero por comentar algo: hay muchos muchos mosquitos, y si no llevas repelente, no se puede salir al patio sin que te acribillen. Y a lo mejor hubiese necesitado una luz más tenue para las mesillas de noche.

Pleasant stay in excellent central location

Location is very central, in 10 minutes you are at Thisseio station. Nice cafe nearby. Bed & shower comfortable.

− No water bottle to welcome us. It is not nice to have to go out after arriving immediately to buy water. Very strong disinfectant smell in the apartment on arrival. Had to open all doors to get the smell out. No kitchen paper or kitchen towel, and no hand towel in the bathroom. Some damage on bathroom walls which could be easily fixed. Minor things, but it would make a difference.

The apartment is located 7 min walk from Thiseio metro station, which is convenient. It offers the basics that someone needs for a couple of nights stay, in order to explore the city.

− The apartment is on the ground floor and the bedroom is facing the street. The windows offered very little protection from the noisy motorbikes passing by, so I was not able to have a good night's sleep. The mattress and pillows were also not comfortable, which I found surprising. I had problems with hot water on the first day, even though the heater was "on". In the second day this was resolved, thankfully. The safety is also not good, given that the window in the living room does not lock (it needs fixing).
