2.0le côté serviable du personnel d'accueil malgré les difficultés
− pendant la canicule: pas de climatisation dans les chambres, pas de ventilateurs, pas de proposition de ventilateurs, ni d'eau fraiche; aucune alerte sur le site pour le signaler; pas de flyers d'informations transmis aux clients pour en informer; support de gel douche cassé, signalé et non réparé; pas de rideau de douche ni de tapis de douche donc on patauge dans l'eau quand on sort de la douche; Pas d'eau chaude pour se laver le jour du départ; l'accueil m'a fait attendre que l'eau chaude revienne mais 2h30 après, obligé de me laver à l'eau froide car je devais quitter l'hôtel; côté propreté les mégots de cigarettes jonchent les entrées des chambres.
