I liked the location, the apartment provides room for up to 4 people. There are street - free parking options in the area. There was a sharp knife in the kitchen, which is very rare occasion in apartments. Price was also competitive in comparison to other places in the area.

− Even though the apartment has been cleaned, I found several unacceptable traces such as rusty razors in shower, washing machine full of bedlinen and towels, fridge and freezer full of food, dirt in the floor corners. At the same time, the apartment has been cleaned, just not properly and many items were left there. Wifi is not listed as present, however, I would have considered this as a standard in this century. There is a huge TV which you cannot use without the internet or connecting HDMI which is not connected to the TV.. so useless. The heating didn't work properly and the small radiator had to be used locally. There was dishwasher machine, but missing the cutlery basket / holder. All the negative aspects listed can be easily fixed with a bit of effort from the host. In addition to that, since it is a basement apartment, there are very small windows and it's dark inside, even during a sunny day.
