8.0Dom w spokojnej okolicy z dobrym dojazdem do autostrady, posiada trzy piętra, na dole pralnia, pierwsze piętro rekreacyjne: dwa pokoje ( w tym jedno łóżko rozkładane) kuchnia, łazienka i taras, trzecie piętro: trzy pokoje i dwie łazienki ( jedno łóżko małżeńskie i dwa pojedyncze łóżka w pozostałych pomieszczeniach). Ogólnie dom zadbany i dobrze wyposażony. Miejsce parkingowe jest dużą zaletą, gdyż jest zadaszone i samochód nie nagrzewa się. Taras też wygodny do odpoczynku. Pogoda gwarantowana w tej części wyspy.
− Klimatyzacja na drugim piętrze wymaga czyszczenia, bądź wymiany. Najbliższy sklep 7min samochodem, więc zdecydowanie miejsce dla zmotoryzowanych.

7.0Posizione ottima...vista molto bella sul mare. Si raggiunge facilmente il centro e altri paesi vicini. Molto spazio anche all' esterno... barbecue a disposizione e tranquillità. Cucina fornita e abbastanza vivibile. Parcheggio privato.
− È stato un peccato trovare molta polvere e poca igiene. Cappa della cucina con colature sulle maioliche. Cucina trascurata , tapparelle sporche e condizionatori non puliti. C' è solo 1 stanza matrimoniale, le altre 2 hanno 1 letto singolo ciascuna ma non veniva specificato sulla descrizione.

− Prezzo un po alto essendo un po lontana da servizi ecc ... senza la macchina risulterebbe scomodo raggiungere qualsiasi servizio.
