10.0The comfortable bed and excellent customer service from the guy who was at reception. Ibrequested abroom change and the guy assisted me with no hassle. The security lady and guy were also friendly and very helpful.

10.0I like the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the apartment .The daily change of towels and cleaning .Over all it's a 10/10 for me .a home away from home 💯

I was able to move around in the area where I was located in, central and a perfect location.

− It got a bit noisy in the AM, not sure if it was residents coming to their room from night out but the noise was quite loud for a while.
Not heaven, not a haven but fine for short stay

− 4th floor room overlooks major junction - often noisy at all hours of day and night.
The stay is always pleasant just wish they can accommodate your request when making booking

− Noise in the shower running the entire time hard bed and a dagga smell in the lifts and the fact that when you request for a room with view it always ends up facing the Aircons where it’s noisy
