10.0Excellent service from the staff team. They were kind despite our lack of fluent Japanese and explained everything clearly in English. The meals were all exquisite and beautifully presented, and our host took the time to explain each dish and the local specialties to us. The baths were also well kept and made for a relaxing and refreshing experience. The rooms were also very spacious and comfortable with great amenities, plus being able to go for a night walk in Yukata was a bonus. You do pay a premium to stay on Miyajima overnight, but given the experience we had my partner and I both thought it was definitely worth it.

10.0Such a beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and all the amenities for a Ryokan were right there. The staff were genuinely attentive in a way that made the whole stay very warm and pleasant. And the shuttle to and from the ferry was such a thoughtful touch.

9.0Ubicación y entorno increible. Personal muy amable con opción de shuttle gratuito de recogida en la terminal.
− Las habitaciones no estan actualizadas (cosa que ya sabiamos). Las almohadas son bastante duras. La zona del tatami en la habitacion es maravillosa. La opcion de la cena y desayuno japones es para valientes. Nosotros lo probamos para vivir la experiencia pero no repetiriamos.
