6.0Staff was good but we had booked via booking.com, however this booking was never accepted by hotel as they stated that they don’t hv any tie up with booking .com. We made booking offline then

− Me and my wife and my daughter bath with cold water because there was no hot water I told him many times water not coming but they was in casual approch.at 10 degree temperature I bath with cold water. I told thease all incident to hotel owner mr kabra I told him I want my money back but he told me you take money from booking.com online I want my money with rs 2000 plus harrasment

Extremely miserable and nobody should opt this property to stay.
1.0This is noting to like about this property, Neither any staff was available on the reception nor the the person whose contact was written on the counter was talking in the proper manner. When the person came after half an hour, he told that no room was available and he forgot to upload the vacancy with book.com. Finally I had to walk here and there on the road with luggage to look for another property to stay.
− Nothing to like about this property. The situation is so pathetic. The condition of the hotel was even miserable. The ceiling was leaking so heavily that water logging was on the floor. Even I would like to advise book.com to break its tie with such property otherwise people will avoid booking property with book.com.
