2.0La amabilidad del personal.
− No había aire acondicionado en la habitación en pleno julio. Te dicen que tu ala de la habitación funciona al 50% pero sin embargo salías al pasillo y funcionaba a la perfección. Había maquinas gigantes de aires acondicionados portátiles por las instalaciones, por lo que no es problema puntual como quiso hacernos ver el chico de recepción. Es verdad que por la noche nos dieron también un aparato de aire pero por el ruido no podíamos dormir por lo que al dia siguiente decidimos marcharnos. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear, habitación basica, televisión demasiado pequeña y tampoco funcionaba la nevera.

− De tudo excepto os funcionários. Quarto com ac avariado , um calor infernal, tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas , garrafas de anterior hospedes no mini bar .
