Bright and airy apartment, fantastic views. Well equipped kitchen. Perfectly located for a train ride into Zermatt which we did at 6am to beat the crowds.

− Slightly unnerving to find a padlock on the door when we arrived with a note to say there had been an issue with the lock. Then the bathroom door handle fell off. I contacted the rental manager immediately and I’m sure it will soon be fixed. Other than that no complaints.

La ubicación era perfecta. Con unas vistas al valle increíbles desde nuestro amplio balcón. Todos los días a nuestro regreso echamos un buen rato disfrutando de las montañas. El parking al estar incluido es una gran ventaja. Todos los días aparcamos sin problema enfrente del edificio. El apartamento muy amplio y cómodo y tiene en el cuarto de abajo una sala con lavadoras y varias secadoras en horario de tarde que es un plus. Para moverte en el valle es una gran opción si tu plan es hacer muchas más cosas que ir a Zermatt en el tren lanzadera. Nosotros hicimos un par de rutas allí y el resto en otras zonas, así que el punto logístico es mucho mejor y ahorras dinero. Además, nos dejaron de cortesía café e infusiones que se agradece. El auto checking nos resultó de lo más cómodo y sencillo. Y alguna cosa que surgió sobre la marcha fue resuelta por correo casi al momento. Así que si volvemos, repetiremos.

− Por poner un pero, algo más de menaje de cocina estaría bien en cuanto a cubiertos, una tijera y dejar en el apartamento una escoba y fregona estaría genial, (nos la dieron en cuanto la pedimos así que no es un problema). Y las almohadas para mi gusto eran o altísima o muy plana. Un estándar estaría genial. Pero eso ya es algo más personal.

The unit is clean and spacious for 4 persons. The mountain view was majestic as we are on the 4th floor. Fortunately, the lift goes to the 3rd floor. There is parking available. Also, near to train station to Zermatt.

The place was clean, spacious, and had a great view out on the balcony. Communication was good, and check in was easy. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would love to stay again when we come back to the area. We liked the location a lot, being a short walk from the train station, which has frequent departures for a short ride to Zermatt.
