nada,, horrible todo

− absolutamente nada,, 1ºestaba muy lejos de la playa y el autobus tarda muchisimo en pasar, 2º habia leido que habia bichos y pulgas y yo no lo crei, pero en nuestro apartamento habia muchas cucarachas incluso en la cocina, 3º no nos dieron las llaves hasta las 5 de la tarde y decian que podiamos entrar a las 4,, increible,,

The place doesn't respond to any messages forwarded through Booking. However, on the day of arrival I got a phone call from them. They assured me that all would be ready by 4 o'clock and instructions on entering an apartment would be sent. Nothing was sent even by 9 o'clock when I arrived by taxi to the place. It appeared that the management communicates exclusively thru WhatsApp. So if you don't have it you are screwed and would have to spend a night on the street. Moreover, they wouldn't answer any regular phone calls on any advertised numbers, even the one they called me from in the morning. Fortunately, another tenant came out and connected to them via WhatsApp on my behalf. Instead of just providing a lockbox code they insisted on me installing WhatsApp on my phone to provide it. OK, I went through it since the monies were already paid in full and I didn't intend to lose it. But then stared the next part of an adventure. The front door would get stuck when either entering or leaving the building. It would sometimes take from 30 minutes to an hour to have it finally opened by whatever means that being not only just an inconvenience. During the whole week the management did not change the door, the locks, didn't put an announcement asking not to lock that door upon leaving or entering and continued to ignore any phone calls. That was causing a real concern about safety and at least about a possibility of being late for the plane due to inability to get out of the stuck front door. And speaking about something else. For a week's vacation only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided. So my advise: avoid this place in your travel though it may look comfy and nice. Because your nerves and emotional state are much more valuable.
