Beautiful house in a beautiful location with amazing views. House was spotless & catered for all ages. Very spacious main bathroom and one bedroom has its own bathroom. Bedrooms were spacious, well maintained and spotless. Beds were 10/10 comfort. Gated garden which was massive so kids could run around and play comfortably. Hot tub was a bonus! Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend! Thank you.

The house was very clean and was quite spacious, the bedrooms and main bathroom were a good size. The house had all the amenities you would need and the bonus was the hot tub. We also like the fact that there were 3 large TV's.

− While the location of the house was great it was difficult to find, I think a few more directions would help. To find this house in the dark would be difficult.

Loved the location, the hot tub and the fact there was a proper proper cot for my toddler, it was a lovely house and gorgeous interior design, a wee roof above the hotub would make it 3000x better :D

− I didnt like the fact we where given no instructions about arrival and keys etc until i asked for some twice and only got a response at 5:30pm the day before arrival and there was no explanation how to use heat etc. There was cat/dog bowls outside and 2 neighbours cats that sat outside the glass slide doors we used to enter and exit for 3 days in a row , I felt like they belonged there and we felt bad, my allergies also played up as im allergic to cats. The beds where not very comfy, especially for my dad who has a bad back etc, theyre, very springy.

Another stay at the Sage Gables & will defo be back. Amazing location, amazing host & all round lovely place to

Perfect cottage for the whole family. Really great location.

− Just one small comment the kitchen table is rather uncomfortable to sit at. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

We loved the house, the views, and the fact that the host gently made us aware of few basic rules around showering before hit tub and not lighting bedroom fire, made us aware that she was on hand if we needed anything then left us to it. We are a respectul family who regularly book a little escape together, and have found the most off-putting thing to be an overbearing and ever present host. The house was spotless, warm, welcoming, beds comfy. We found everything we needed including woid for fire .Rachel was accommodating around us bringing a pet and having family call to visit. This made our short stay a relaxing pleasure. We would love to rebook if Racheal will have us.

− Only 2 small things that we noticed were no kitchen scissors and perhaps a shortage of outdoor chairs, there was adequate picnic bench but few of our older folk would have preferred a chair and there only 2.
