5.0A beautiful oasis, very close to the airport. Wonderful garden and nice room. The guy kindly drove us to the airport.
− The shower was cold and the sheets were dirty of animal excrements: the owner didn't even change our sheets, she gave us clean ones and we changed them. Furthermore a restaurant was supposed to be there and open, but in the end nothing was there and the owner just offered us a pizza and a fruit, very poor service.

− The a/c of the initial room I was placed in was not running well. After waiting 3 hours for the room to cool, the ac couldn't keep up.
we were unable to stay at the place as it was closed when we got there
1.0we didn't have a chance to experience and stay at the kaabna spa...
− upon our arrival the gate to the property was closed. we tried to call, but there were no answer. nobody came out to greet us. I'm not even sure if this is a real place where you can spend the night. it's probably works only as a spa(there was a sing indicating that; and our gps was telling us, on the way there, that the place is closed and will reopen on Wednesday, and we were there on Monday). After a while, we have left and spend a night at another hotel in downtown Villahermosa. and, btw, the money for the "room" were taking at the time of booking...so, we paid for nothing, literally
