La ubicación en un barrio tranquilo y el apartamento en sí estaba bastante bien.

− Lo que menos nos gustó fueron las camas. No eran muy cómodas y nos encontramos las sábanas sucias (manchas y pelos). Gracias a que disponíamos de lavadora y secadora nos pudimos apañar.

Practical place to stay over night, not to spend all day in.

Laura was very friendly and helpful host. Self-checkin was practical. The place was spacious and had 2 bathrooms. Well equipped with oven, dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer. WiFi worked well. Bedrooms get very dark with persianas. Central AC (though it’s same in every room, no individual settings). Walking distance to the old town and 2 bigger supermarkets (Dia) 5 mins away.

− Kitchen: There was very little dishes for 5 people (we were only 3, but had to run the dishwasher twice a day). Small breakfast bowls and a salad bowl or bigger oven dish were totally missing. Freezer drawers were a bit dirty. Bedrooms: The bed frames were making noise every time you turned, the mattresses were comfy though. Pillows were flat. Xurros place under the windows opens very early (like 6am) and customers smoke and have (loud) conversations outside. Terrace: it was dirty and not decorated or furnished to spend time outside. It smelled like cigarettes, and I think this would be only for that purpose, not to eat or chill. Bathrooms: sinks were not draining well. Doors didn’t close (lock not to even mention) Both shower gels were empty. No hand soap. Over all: the renovation looks nice, but has been done quickly using cheap options. All door handles and locks were loose or didn’t work at all. Lots of unfinished details in the ceiling etc.

The location, the silence in the street.

− Its not that cleaned as i expected. There is a lot of marked & dust in the single mirror. The floor & at the bathroom glass is not not also clean.

Good location to airport. Lots of space. Very clean. Great facilities Beautiful luxury apartment

− Host wasn’t very responsive. Just received the automated messages. Maybe because it was the weekend? Mattress was a bit hard. Large Crack in one of the wash basins looks not nice. Lounge only seats 3 but there is enough room for a bigger lounge so seat 4

Modern, quiet, spacious

A beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained apartment that is fully equipped with everything you need. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer was a massive plus for our longer stay! The location is perfect—right by the historic center, which is an amazing place to spend an afternoon wandering, enjoying incredible Spanish food, and soaking up the local vibe. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it!

− One important tip for drivers: Street parking in this area is a major challenge due to how crowded Madrid has become. Unfortunately, our car ended up getting scratched while parked on a nearby side street, which was a real downer. If you're driving, we highly recommend looking into a local parking garage instead. Hint for the host: Partnering with a nearby garage or investing in a dedicated parking spot in the future would make this 5-star stay absolutely perfect!
