Zu laut, zu großes Haus, schlechte Ausstattung und Instandhaltung,

− Aufgrund des Fotos wird der Eindruck eines kleinen Zweifamilienhauses in einem Park geweckt. Leider ist durch den auch nächtlich fahrenden Güterzugverkehr keine Nachtruhe gegeben. Auch das andere Schlafzimmer bietet da keine Ausweichmöglickeit, da hier die Haupstrasse zu hören ist und deshalb auch der schmale Balkon nicht nutzbar ist. Die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keine Tassen dazu. Eine Nachtischlampe ist durch fehlendes Verlängerungskabel nicht nutzbar. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr dunkel und man muss auch tagsüber elektrischesLicht anschalten. Ein abgebrochener Handtuchhalter haben wir selbst angeschraubt. Man muss sein Gepäck über mehrere Treppen erst hinunter und dann hoch in den obersten Stock eines großen Mehrfamilienhauses tragen. Eine Zumutung fanden wir auch, das der Müll außerhalb des Hauses auf der Mülldeponie nur zu bestimmten Zeiten entsorgt werden muss und nicht im Haus möglich ist. Müllsäcke und Spültapps müssen selbst eingekauft werden. Alles nicht sehr gastfreundlich! Die Angabe „direkt am Strand „ ist auch nicht korrekt, da man ca. 10-15 Minuten laufen muss, denn die Hauptstraße zu benutzen ist als Fußgänger lebensgefährlich. Der angebende Föhn war auch nicht vorhanden Insgesamt müssen wir leider sagen, dass viele Angaben nicht stimmen und andere Angaben, vor allem bezüglich des Lärms nicht erwähnt werden. Bezüglich der Einrichtung könnte man noch nachbessern, wir würden aber vor allem wegen der Lärmbelastung diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen und finden diese Wohnung für eine Ferienwohnung deshalb ungeeignet und bei diesen Mängeln auch viel zu teuer.
